sounds in mind

loneliness and frustration
almost killing me inside
and the sorrow of the unknown
dropped by over time

slowly it is burning me
as i hunt for happiness
that will never be
through the eyes of darkness

my heart can't bleed no more
my eyes can't tear no more
my mind can't bear no more
my soul vanished to nowhere

there's no used to weep out loudly
for courage leaves with no goodbyes
and looking back sympathetically
as sober comes
